Patient Billing

We respect and attempt to accommodate all of our patients who seek to retain their teeth through endodontic care.  Accordingly, we provide a variety of payment options, including:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

  As of February 1, 2024, when paying for services with a major credit card, a fee of 2.3% will be added for reimbursement of any credit card fees and expenses incurred by the office. This does not apply to checks, cash, debit, HSA/FSA, or Care Credit.

We have chosen not to send bills for our services. We ask that full payment of your treatment fee be made at the time of service. We would prefer to focus our efforts on providing excellent root canal therapy in a timely manner, rather than be encumbered with bill collection.
