I was extremely nervous about having a root canal. However, the staff made me feel comfortable and less anxious. The procedure itself was painless, even the initial numbing. I was shown xrays, before and after the procedure, explaining the process, my problem area, and the final resolution. I would highly recommend Dr. Elliott.

I had the pleasure of undergoing a surprise root canal today, and as horrible as that sounds, the blow was softened by this amazing business and their incredible staff! From the moment I walked in the doors, I was treated amazingly well! The dental assistant was sent from the Lord, because He knew I needed her after my experience with my dentist earlier today. They communicated every step of the process, and even though my insurance didn’t cover it, they helped me with paperwork to send to my insurance. Also, Dr. Hartley was super professional, and listened to my concerns and made me as comfortable as humanly possible. I hope to never undergo another root canal, but if I do, this is where I will go!

I would highly recommend this office. I have a huge fear of dentist and anything to do with my teeth. I then learned I was seeing the "newer" Dr. Hartley which made me even more nervous since there were no reviews on him. Have no fear he was great! He explained everything he was going to be doing and afterwards everything he did showing before and after x rays. Angie was also wonderful calming my fears and kept asking if I was doing okay during the procedure. The ladies at the reception desk were wonderful also. It was just an all around calm experience. I hope I never need to go back but if I do I will not hesitate to make an appointment here.

What an amazing experience. After being told that I needed an extraction and either a bridge or an implant I got a second opinion at Gray Station Dental with Dr. McBride (fabulous dentist) who then referred me to Dr. Elliot’s office for a retreatment of an old root canal. The entire experience could not have went better. From Penny up front in the office, to Dr. Elliot‘s assistant, Mary, and last, but not least the man himself Dr. Elliot, I could not be happier or more satisfied with everything provided by that office. Some of the nicest people that I have met. And a pain free experience . And me being a retired policeman, it doesn’t hurt that Dr. Elliot and his staff support and are pro police. I recommend that everyone, especially my brothers and sisters in blue that needs an endodontist uses Dr. Elliott‘s office. And a big thank you to Doctor Andrew McBride and Gray station Dental for referring me to New South endodontics.

After two other dentists urged an extraction and implant, Dr. Elliot determined that the tooth was healthy and did not need to be extracted. He believes in keeping teeth and so do ! So happy I found him in time! THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!

If you are needing a root canal, look no further. Dr Elliot is THE MAN. I've had 4 Root canals done by Dr. Elliot and his team of nurses. I've always hated going to the dentist and my dental health suffered. During all of my root canals Dr Elliot made sure there was no pain what so ever. Do not suffer one more day with bad teeth. I can't stress enough to go see Dr. Elliot.the only regret you'll have is you put up with bad teeth.Each root canal took less than an hour.This Dr. Is Super man.

I was quite nervous when I came in. The staff mase me feel comfortable. The doctor came in shook hands and started to work. From the time he started till he was through wasn't even an hour. I can't say I enjoyed the appointment but if I have to go back I won't be as apprehensive.
